Is the FCC logo mandatory for all devices?

The FCC logo is a voluntary mark put on electronic products sold in the USA. The mark indicates the electromagnetic radiation the device is emitting is below limits specified by FCC and that the manufacturer followed the supplier’s Declaration of Conformity requirements.
