Yes, one product can carry both CE and UKCA marks. You can legally display both logos on the same product as long as the item fully complies with both the applicable EU regulations (for CE) and UK regulations (for UKCA), and neither mark obstructs or reduces the visibility of the other. 

Things to Know for Dual Marking:

• Independent Compliance: While technical requirements and testing standards are largely similar, both certifications require independent documentation. If you use both marks, you need two separate Declarations of Conformity (DoCs).
• Placement Rules: Both markings can be placed on the product itself, on its packaging, or on an accompanying document, provided they remain fully visible and legible.
