No, for each different market, there might be requirements for the packaging and its labeling. As for theEU market, the packaging must meet the requirements of the Packaging and Packaging Waste Directive 94/62/EC. Furthermore, one must also keep the specific Marking requirements of the applying Directive(s) and/ or possible (harmonised) standards into account.
